Restaurant Shift Manager

Here at Noosa Beach House, we are seeking a superstar, someone who will own the restaurant floor and make it their mission to ensure every diner has the most incredible experience.
Situated on the iconic Hastings Street, this role will have you moving with pace, as the summer momentum commences in Noosa and the resort fills with holidaymakers.
You will work alongside some of the best performers in the industry, award-winning chefs and of course, be supported and developed within the overarching structure of Sofitel Noosa Pacific Resort.
About the role
You will be an experienced restaurant professional who has a proven talent for managing a team and driving the dining experience to the next level. You will be passionate about all things food and beverage and have the ability to multitask and manage a team under pressure. You will be the driving force of the team and a memory maker for our many Noosa visitors over the Summer.
