You will work alongside some of the best performers in the industry, award-winning chefs and of course, be supported and developed within the overarching resort structure of Sofitel Noosa Pacific Resort.
About the Role
This integral role is the lynchpin for the restaurant team, you will work closely with the Restaurant Manager and Head Chef to ensure every diner’s expectation is exceeded. You will also be the driving force around proposing changes and elevating the dining offering, whether it be wine listing or menu selections.
The team will look to you for guidance and training, yet you will be showing by example, as you run the floor during peak times. Rostering and administration are part of the parcel, as is, the option to learn and develop your skillset around food costing and wages.

We need a superstar, someone with empathy and drive. You will need to be able to manage a team, and be interested in learning the business and wanting to improve it. You will be a key team player and a leader by nature.
