Maintenance
We are looking for a number of experienced maintenance people (part time or full time) to join our Engineering team.
We are proudly one of Australia’s leading 5 star resorts. With 176 rooms. Our resort features award winning facilities and service offerings including the Noosa Beach House Restaurant & Bar, the Cabanas poolside experience, Riviera Bar & Lounge – the only cocktail bar overlooking the Noosa River – plus extensive conference & events facilities and our luxury Aqua Day Spa.
About the Role:
Working in a close knit and experienced team, you will be responsible for the daily maintenance of the resort. This is a physically demanding role where no two days are the same! The role of Engineer Technician is critical to supporting the operational departments of our hotel and contributes to the high level of service we deliver to our guests. This role requires flexibility across weekends and to be available after hours as required.
Duties & Responsibilities:
-Conduct general maintenance of building, equipment, fixtures, fittings, and plant rooms
-Liaise directly with your manager to ensure projects undertaken are safe, aesthetically compatible and timely
-Oversee maintenance work undertaken by Contractors within the resort
-Report to the maintenance supervisor and take direction as required
-Complete preventative and corrective maintenance programs and ensure the records are kept up to date
Requirements:
-Previous Maintenance/ Handyman experience
-Trade Qualification (Desirable not essential)
-Knowledge of correct manual handling techniques
-Understanding of OHS policies & procedures
-Current Driver Licence
