Sofitel Noosa Pacific Resort in Noosa Heads is one of Australia’s leading five star resorts with 176 guest rooms, suites & villas, Noosa Beach House Restaurant & Bar, The Cabanas Noosa poolside butler experience, Riviera Bar & Lounge the only cocktail bar overlooking the Noosa River, extensive conference & events facilities and our luxury Aqua Day Spa.
We are on the search for Full Time Demi Chef’s to join our team. Salary on offer from $60,000.00 – $63,000.00
In our kitchen we aim to:
-Deliver memorable dining experiences to our guests
-Work as a close knit team
-Develop and recognize talented chefs
-Key duties of this role include, but are not limited to the following;
-Explain the menu to guests, assisting those with special dietary needs or preferences
-Being passionate about your craft and displaying very high standards of food production and presentation
-Maintain standards of hygiene for food handling and presentation
-Promote a safe workplace by recognising hazards and promoting general OHS practises
-Ensuring Food Safety Policies and Procedures are followed Trade qualifications
