We are delighted to announce the arrival of Cibaria Noosa, the newest dining destination by acclaimed Chef Alessandro Pavoni, here at Sofitel Noosa Pacific Resort.
Inspired by the vibrant energy of an Italian piazza, Cibaria Noosa will be a space for all-day dining, socialising, and celebrating, from your morning caffè to late-night cocktails.
Guests can explore a menu that celebrates Italy’s rich culinary traditions with a local twist, from antipasteria and cruderia to braceria, forneria, and spaghetteria. At the heart of the venue is Bar Capri, opening directly onto Hastings Street, alongside relaxed lounges, counter dining, and the stunning Lily Pond Terrazza poolside.
“This is a place designed for everybody, every day,” says Alessandro. “Whether it’s a meal with friends, a late-night gelato after your evening stroll, or a celebration with family, Cibaria Noosa will bring people together over food, wine, and hospitality.”
Opening in Summer 2025, this exciting new restaurant will be a bright and welcoming addition to Noosa’s dining scene.
