Work with industry leaders to prepare local, seasonal produce across multiple in-house dining venues, including the upmarket Bar Capri, fine dining Noosa Cibaria, banquets in our world class conference centre, relaxed pool side dining with Waters Edge, and in-room dining available.
Positions include: Stewards, Cook, Demi Chef, Sous Chef, Head Chef, Executive Chef
Requirements include:
-Flexibility to work various shifts including week-ends, nights and public holidays
-Relevant Commercial Cookery certificates may be required for specific roles
-Creativity and knowledge of current food trends
-Ensuring a seamless and efficient kitchen service, focusing on product quality
-Ensure compliance to Work, Health and Safety, Hygiene and HACCP standards
